개인정보처리방침

에코제이엠(이하 「운영자」)은 이 사이트(balmaepyo.com)와 사내 게시 도구 「밍글로 홍보실」(이하 「도구」)을 운영하며, 정보를 다음과 같이 다룹니다.

1. 이 사이트

이 사이트에는 회원가입·로그인·문의 양식이 없고, 운영자는 방문자의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 쿠키를 저장하거나 이용 행태를 분석하는 도구도 쓰지 않습니다. 사이트를 전달하는 Cloudflare 가 서비스 운영과 보안을 위해 접속 IP 주소·브라우저 정보·접속 시각을 자체 정책에 따라 처리할 수 있으며, 운영자는 이 기록으로 방문자를 식별하지 않습니다.

2. 도구와 YouTube API 서비스

도구는 YouTube API 서비스를 사용해, 운영자가 직접 만들어 운영하는 YouTube 채널에 영상을 올립니다. 도구를 쓰는 사람은 운영자 소속 담당자뿐이며, 다른 사람의 채널이나 계정은 연결하지 않습니다. YouTube API 서비스를 통해 처리되는 정보에는 Google 개인정보처리방침이 함께 적용됩니다: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy

• 접근하는 정보: 담당자가 Google 로그인으로 허용한 채널의 OAuth 인증 토큰, 채널 ID·이름, 도구로 올린 영상의 ID·주소·처리 상태.
• 사용 목적: 담당자가 검토하고 「게시」를 누른 영상과 제목·설명·공개 범위·아동용 여부를 그 채널에 올리고, 올라갔는지 확인하는 데만 씁니다.
• 저장: 인증 토큰은 암호화해 운영자 서버(대한민국)에 저장합니다. 도구로 올린 영상의 정보는 30일마다 다시 확인해 갱신하거나 지웁니다. 시청자 정보·댓글 작성자 정보는 수집하지 않습니다.
• 공유: YouTube API 서비스로 받은 정보를 판매하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

3. 권한 철회와 삭제

• 도구의 「연결 해제」를 누르면 운영자는 그 즉시 Google 에 토큰 폐기를 요청하고, 저장한 정보를 7일 안에 지웁니다.
• 도구를 거치지 않고 Google 보안 설정 페이지에서 언제든 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions — 이렇게 철회된 경우에도 운영자는 30일 안에 저장한 정보를 지웁니다.
• 도구에서 정보를 지워도 YouTube 에 올라간 영상과 그 정보는 그대로 남습니다. 영상은 YouTube 에서 따로 지워야 합니다.

4. 그 밖의 연결 서비스

도구는 같은 방식으로 Meta 의 공식 API 를 통해 운영자 소유의 Instagram·Facebook·Threads 계정에 게시합니다. 이 계정들의 토큰도 암호화해 저장하며, Meta 개인정보처리방침이 함께 적용됩니다.

5. 쿠키

이 사이트는 쿠키를 쓰지 않습니다. 도구는 담당자 로그인 상태를 유지하는 쿠키 하나만 씁니다(외부에 공개되지 않는 도구).

Privacy Policy

EcoJM (에코제이엠, “we”) operates this website (balmaepyo.com) and an internal publishing tool called Minglo Publishing Desk (the “Tool”). This policy explains how we handle information.

1. This website

This website has no sign-up, login or contact forms, and we do not collect personal information from visitors. We do not set cookies or use analytics. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process IP addresses, browser information and access times for operation and security under its own policies; we do not use these records to identify visitors.

2. The Tool and the YouTube API Services

The Tool uses the YouTube API Services to upload videos to YouTube channels that we create and operate ourselves. Only our own staff use the Tool, and it never connects channels or accounts belonging to anyone else. By using the Tool you are also subject to the Google Privacy Policy: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy

• Information we access: the OAuth token for a channel a staff member authorizes through Google sign-in, the channel ID and title, and the ID, URL and processing status of videos uploaded through the Tool.
• How we use it: only to upload the video, title, description, privacy status and made-for-kids setting that a staff member has reviewed and chosen to publish, and to confirm the upload.
• Storage: tokens are encrypted and stored on our own server in the Republic of Korea. Information about uploaded videos is refreshed or deleted at least every 30 days. We do not collect information about viewers or commenters.
• Sharing: we do not sell or share information obtained through the YouTube API Services with third parties.

3. Revoking access and deletion

• When “Disconnect” is pressed in the Tool, we immediately revoke the token with Google and delete stored information within 7 days.
• You can also revoke the Tool’s access at any time through the Google security settings page: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. If access is revoked there, we delete stored information within 30 days.
• Deleting information from the Tool does not delete videos or data on YouTube; those must be removed on YouTube.

4. Other connected services

The Tool also posts to our own Instagram, Facebook and Threads accounts through Meta’s official APIs. Those tokens are encrypted as well, and the Meta Privacy Policy applies.

5. Cookies

This website uses no cookies. The Tool uses a single session cookie to keep staff signed in; the Tool is not public.
